Cooking fragrant baked potato with golden brown

Baked Potato Products

For cooking, we need the following products:

  • medium-sized potatoes - 5 - 6 pcs.;
  • onion - 2 pcs.;
  • champignon mushrooms - about 200 g;
  • 15-22% sour cream - 250 g;
  • spices (in turmeric recipe) and a mixture of dried herbs;
  • salt;
  • oil (preferably odorless sunflower) - 50 g.

Cooking steps

The cooking process does not take you much time and effort.
Wash potatoes, peel and cut into thin platinum.

Wash my mushrooms and chop with a knife along with the legs.

Shred the onion.

Stir the potatoes with mushrooms, onions, turmeric, dried herbs and salt.
Pour oil into a baking dish. We spread the prepared workpiece and level it.

Pour the potatoes with sour cream so that it completely covers the dish.

We bake, periodically check the readiness. It will take about 35-45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Cooked potatoes are good both as an independent dish, and as a flavorful side dish for meat.
